Who is Todd Wetzelberger and who is on his team?

Todd is a real estate professional with a 12 year background in loss mitigation, foreclosure prevention, finance, neighborhood revitalization, historic redevelopment, investing and property management. His development company has renovated over 100 units in two cities and he has been featured in the media for his expertise in real estate.

He has partnered with some of the top professionals in the mortgage, foreclosure, legal and real estate finance fields with decades of combined experience to bring together the best minds with a goal of helping 10,000 homeowners save their homes in 2009.

Members of his team include bankers and real estate brokers with over 20yrs experience in their fields,  home ownership specialists, attorneys specializing in foreclosure compliance law, an IT/security specialist that worked in the White House Communications Office for 2 presidents, mortgage professionals with insider knowledge of how the banks work, and experts in both online and offline media to help spread the word to as many struggling homeowners as possible.
